Help - locked account

Hello, my account was blocked without any reason without breaking the rules! I contacted support but got no specific answer except that I was blocked and that’s it.
I’ve been envato customer for many years, I can’t just lose my account.
I feel treated unfairly. Everything is fine as long as you spend your money in the envato store. But when there’s a problem, I’m treated like garbage. I feel completely helpless.
Please help.

I see that they do this for no reason! I m in the same situation.

I received the same treatment from their staff. They’re not explaining the reason why they’re locking accounts, as I too have been a long time user for well over 6 years…and this is their response:

You can try creating a new account using a different email address but I still can’t guarantee that it won’t be locked out again.

I sincerely apologize for not being able to unlock your account and thank you for your understanding.

I’ll be closing this ticket now as we’ve exhausted our options/information available.
