Locked out of my account after purchase!

I was blocked from making 2 accounts when I made a purchase. I tried with one and it was blocked, I tried with the other and it was blocked as well. The payment was made correctly, but I get the error:

Account locked

It looks like you’re currently locked out of your account. You’ll need to contact our support team to unlock it.

I need a solution or a refund!

You should reach out to Envato Support for assistance with this issue, as users in this forum may not be able to provide the help you need.

Please contact the support team here and let them know what happened. As soon as they get to your ticket they will check that and reply. The account gets locked as a security measure sometimes.

I did this with the 2 affected accounts, but have not received a response.

Time they need to reply depends on ticket queue and it was weekend as well. They always reply.
