Support for themes?

Hello,

I am looking for theme support but I am unable to find any right direction to get support for a couple of themes

Such as https://elements.envato.com/erado-unique-design-wordpress-theme-ZDAWYFB

I have a WHM/cPanel hosting and most of the websites are working fine, but when I tried any theme such as above, we are not able to “import base data” using that theme.

Any one guides me will be a great help.

Unfortunately elements downloads do not come with support or updates in the same way that Themeforest purchases do
