Please remove broken (needing activation) Wordpress themes.

Hi it seems even thou authors are told to only submit content that can be used on Elements the themes are still needing Purchase Codes to activate and to access critical areas.

Why this was not vetted and checked before accepting I do not know. Maybe Themeforest content should be removed from Elements. I understand what Elements is about and there is no author support but this is a system mechanic locking out content.

I tried support over a week ago with no reply.

You mean you’ve crated a ticket with Envato Help? If so, then please wait for their reply. This is unfortunately not something which can be resolved in forums.

The issue is that it has been over a week and the project cannot progress. My question is more than support, my question is why there is content like this on Envato Elements which then needs to burden the support team.
