Purchase Code Problem

Hi there,

I have an account on Envato Elements and I dowloaded a Wordpress theme.I have a lot problems so I have to connect the theme developers but another problem is I need my Purchase Code to get their support. Before, when I dowloaded on Theme Forest it was easy to find out the code. But there is no any section on Envato Elements? How can we fix that?

Elements does not come with purchase codes because there is no support or updates included so they are not needed
