[SOFT REJECT] Can any one help me on my html template

Hello everyone.
I try to submit my first HTML template and I got soft reject two days ago with this reasons

  1. TYPOGRAPHIC HIERARCHY: The typographic hierarchy of this item requires additional work.

  2. SPACING AND ALIGNMENT: There are spacing and alignment issues in this item. Please make sure that all elements are aligned properly and spacing is consistent from section to section.

  3. RESPONSIVE ISSUES: Your files are eithier inaccurately represented as responsive or have responsive layout issues.

  4. LINE LENGTH: To maximize readability, it’s recommended that you adjust the line length (measure) to not exceed 95 characters. Note that an ideal measure is between 45 and 75 characters in length.

  5. LOW CONTRAST: Please increase the visual contrast of the following elements, which will drastically improve legibility and readability.

I make some changes but the reviewer asked me to recheck the problems.

TYPOGRAPHIC HIERARCHY:
You need change to style for example size, colors, etc the title of all sections and pages.

SPACING AND ALIGNMENT:

padding-top and padding-bottom you need more 100px; all sections and pages.

RESPONSIVE ISSUES:
You need check all browser differents for example safari, chrome, etc but with responsive if errors you will fix it.

LINE LENGTH:
All texts <p></p> you need css font-size: 15px and line-height 1.8;

as i see problem is on the header scroll animation. When go to top with scroll is okay but scroll down animation is so annoying.

Not exactly. In my opinion,

1- You can change font-weight:600; of input text in Register now free form and more details button text.

2- In course, user count and price text looks like low contrast text. Maybe you can change it font

3- Consequently you should find a clear font.
