Selling Exclusive item with slight changes on another market ???

Hi Folks
I saw few Authors selling Exclusive items with minor changes on another market.
so i like to know is it against the Exclusivity rule ??

Minor changes means same item with few design changes like shape changed, new lines, colors added like so.
By doing so are they allowed to upload the exclusive item on another market ?

If, they are so similar that one might easily see them as being basically the same, it would likely be in violation of the exclusivity policy.
