Hello, i have a question about selling on themeforest,

  • I’m a WordPress developer, can i purchase HTML templates from themeforest and make them wordpress themes and resell them on themeforest?

no, you can’t.
you have to make collaboration with the html author and have to get permission from the html author and envato support.
