Selling a web site based on a Themeforest template?

Hi everyone,

I would like to know if it’s possible to:

  1. Buy a theme on Themeforest
  2. Create a website with this theme
  3. Sell this Website

I have already done a research on the subject, and I found an answer that makes me think that I will have the right to do that. You can see the screenshot of this post below (https://audiojungle.net/forums/thread/can-i-sell-themeforest-website-on-my-site/104459?page=2)
If anyone could confirm, it would be nice :slight_smile:

You can. Only issue, if you’d like to sell it at ThemeForest, you’d need both Extended License and author’s permission

The website would not be sold on Themeforest as a template, but to a single customer.

That’s fine.

Bear in mind that if you buy the template or theme from here rather than your client then they will not be able to access downloads in the future except via your account
