Selling a complete template outside themeforest

So me and my buddies have an idea of buying templates for existing companies and optimazing them and then selling the company the finished “website/template” and the question in hand is this duable with licensing?

You can customize the template for your client website but for each website you have to purchase the The template license from themeforest. Mean for each website requires to purchase a unique license of the template.
