HTML Template To WordPress Theme converted Reselling Policies

Hello All,

If I buy a html template from themeforest and I convert it to wordpress cms theme, Could I resell that converted version of the theme? Do themeforest have any policies on that?

Question No 2, Could I resell that converted theme on other markets?

Question No 3, If template authors stop and leave the market, Do I need to stop that converted theme on the market?
