I have designed a template. Can I sell it on HTML form. Then I will develop a wordpress theme from that html template . Is it possible to sell both of them on themeforest?
Yes you can sell both html and wordpress here
Sure you can, many WP template in the market also available as a regular html. but it not 100% the template that approve on html category will also approve in WP category.
