<section> modification help needed please.

I’m using the Tides template. I want the section “meet the team” to be only an image on the left 1/3 and a copy area on the right 2/3, possibly linking to a page similar to the “single-portfolio-image.html” template page.

I like the animate appear function, but I’m having a bug of a time trying to figure out how to accomplish this section’s layout.
