Where exactly i’m mistaken in my Template design - Whats missing ?

Hello guys,
I hope you all are doing great! I am designing pro level templates for Blogger platform from past 5 years.

This is the third time my theme got rejected. I have no clue where is the issue.

unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.

I even read the help center article but could get where i’m mistaken.

Kindly help me with this issue.

Problem no spacing all sections your design.

No animation texts of sliders because reviewer not like animations.

Can you please elaborate a bit more ?
Which browser are you using to open the theme?

I am using chrome of mac but I think that you need learning more design html for approved themeforest not forgot make space and no animations, you can see other design for example on themeforest approved for give ideas.
