Hello all.
Firstly, forgive me if this topic exists elsewhere, I did find some that were similar, but none really seemed to address the same issue.
I recently had an items soft rejected stating to include an EPS v10 file with it. After saving an EPS v10 file out of Adobe Illustrator CC and resubmitting, I got another soft rejection saying that it needed to be version 10.
I guess I’m looking for a way to make sure I know it’s the correct version because, according to my file that I saved as version 10, wasn’t exactly what GraphicRiver requires.
Is there a way to double check this? Does Adobe Illustrator CC not save down to version 10? Any help is greatly appreciated.
When I save from CS2 to EPS I have an option to save CS, then below that there is Illustrator 10 and below that, even Illustrator version 8. illustrator 10 is not the same as CS version 10. Maybe that is your problem. Hope that helps.
First sorry for my bad english.
Is true, CS 10 is not the same that EPS 10, the option of EPS 10 is below, more precisely in legacy formats. illustrator save on 2 types of EPS formats, CS fortmats & legacy formats, usually they are divided with a line and respective titles.
I hope you can fix it, good luck!
Anyway if not resolved I think it would be best to contact the envato staff via a ticket
Thanks for the quick responses guys.
I do see the legacy formats, but there is no explicit tag stating the EPS version. They all say Illustrator versions. Here’s the options I’m given:
I haven’t heard back yet on my most recent submission, but hopefully the I’ve found a fix.
Thanks again!

I always chose illustrator 10 EPS and have no problem but that is at CS6… in cc I dont know
Thanks afizs, I did the same upon my last submission but was still rejected. Could entirely be an error on my part, but it’s good to know that others do the same.
Thanks!
It is very strange that Adobe Illustrator CC have the option to save as EPS 10 and do not do it properly, maybe it’s a bug of the software.
A temporary solution might be download the adobe illustrator CS trial version from the adobe website and try to save the files as EPS 10.
