Illustrator EPS format, version 10?

Hello friends.
I am using Illustrator 2020. When I try to save my work in EPS version 10, I come across a warning message, and when I close and reopen file, the text is no longer editable and has become a path.
Is there a solution to this problem? Thank you in advance for your help.

This is a well known issue. The customers needs to open the file with Update option but this will brake the words an also will not work at all if they have Illustrator in a different language other then English. As a quick solution for this you can simply add an extra EPS 11 CS version inside your archive.

I don’t know if your item will be accepted or not but this will solve the EPS 10 issue.
