The usual queue is 6-8 days.
Unfortunately, in your case, the reviewer needs a second opinion and the item needs to be consulted with other reviewers, so that’s why you have got ‘Special Circumstances’. No worries, once they consult, the rest of the items are back to the normal 6-8 days track.
