Review System and Elite Author Support System Both Failed

From past one month I noticed that review system has collapsed on Graphic River.
For one of my item reviewer asked for Photoshop features in Powerpoint File.
On the other file the reviewer wants Powerpoint features in Google Slides.

Then I decide to contact support and after several days no reply at all.

Why Graphic River is going so low with review and author support?

as previously explained by the Envato team, they are currently in a training phase for new reviewers! :slightly_smiling_face:

If they are in training period they should be open about author feedback, but they are so arrogant that they don’t even read the comments of submitted item. And also the support team don’t even bother to reply.

this is what happened to me too. I submit new items on GraphicRiver, are rejected, at the same time I submit them to Envato Elements, and are accepted. Then I write an explanation in the item’s comments that “This item is available on my portfolio on Envato Elements”, and it is then vaulted…
There seems to be some confusion but we have to bear a little. :slightly_smiling_face:
