Approved for Elements but rejected for GraphicRiver! Anyone else?

Hi guys. I need some support or orientation here.

5 of my itens that are selling very well on Elements got hard rejections for GraphicRiver.

Can someone explain me why? This does not makes sense for me, as GraphicRiver is not so restricted for authors like Elements is.

“We have completed our review of “NFT Mockups 3D Scene” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.”

Even though, the itens are making a good profit on Elements, and had the exactly same quality as my other itens approved in both platforms.

Please, honestly, someone explain me why or tell me how to revert this situation.

Market and Elements are two different platform, they are not the same. But both platform maintains their quality. You can contact Envato support and request them about your concern.

I am stuck when I am on working. I have a little bit issue in working. So, how I can solve this.
