Imho too lifeless and too monotonous, especially the bass.
I really liked your track, the only thing that i think that could change is that, atleast in my opinion, is that the base acoustic guitar is right in the center of the mix… it makes the whole mix sound tight.
I would trying doubling the guitar and paning 100% to each side or, if you want to keep just one guitar track i would pan it 50~70% to one side and would bring something different to the middle!
Aaaand i would not finish the track with a fadeout like that… it feels that the track is unfinished i dont know :S
