I purchased the Purity theme over the weekend with 1 year support. The Purity theme is horrible. Constantly crashes. Not Wordpress 5.5 compatible and the slider vanished. Not receiving any help or even a response from the author. How can i get a refund ? I am very angry Themeforest no longer even has a support email account. This is very very bad. I want to purchase the Shopwise theme which looks much better but have zero intention of giving Themeforest anymore money until i recieve a responce and refund from the Purity theme.
