I purchased envato Elements because I wanted to purchase a WP plugin from CodeCayon. After I completed my Elements purchase, I logged out of CodeCanyon and then back in and figured it would let me get it as an Element if it were available. It didn’t so I went ahead and paid for it. NOW, I see that Elements is all in a self-contained website and the plugin that I purchased is there in Elements. Could I get a refund?
Have you downloaded the plugin from CodeCanyon yet? If you haven’t, then open a refund request here – https://codecanyon.net/refund_requests/new
If you did already download it, you could try asking the author of the plugin about a refund, but do understand they are not obligated to provide one per the Market’s refund rules. If you’re unable to come to an agreement, you can try to open a Help ticket and explain the situation to them.
My account is still blocked and there is no response from your team. I have purchased XStore | Responsive Multi-Purpose WooCommerce WordPress Theme on Apr 30, 2020 And from the next day, i am not able to use my themeforest account, nor my purchase code is working.Thus i am not able to use the purchased theme at all. Keep in mind that i haven’t used my code as of now as my purchased code working to activate my Theme. I have my site ready with theme uploaded but without the code its useless. So either refund me back the amount else Activate my the/Account/Purchase code ASAP.
