Need help! Refund of Purchase

When I made the purchase through the Envato platform, it was written that the Theme had support for Elementor, however, searching in the forum itself and trying in practice does not have this support, I would like to know if it is possible to make a purchase refund, because you disclosed something, however, that has no validity.

I got in touch, but so far I haven’t received a reply. In the product announcement it says that it is compatible with Elementor, but after the theme is installed, you can only use WPBakery, this is not warned or said prior to purchase. I opened a request at Envato Market for the chargeback, but I wanted to know how they analyze it.

One thing (it’s common with the successful themes that were created pre-Elementor) is that (as the author explained in the comments), technically you can use Elementor because the theme is ‘compatible’ with the plugin e.g. if you create new pages, etc. but the existing demos, etc. were built using WP Bakery.

Unfortunately, the theme saying it ‘has support for Elementor’ is technically true, so it may be that you would not be entitled to a refund, although that is not to say the author wouldn’t grant it

I contacted the owner and he suggested opening a refund ticket, how soon will Envato respond back?
