Is it possible to request the refund as a account credits that can be use for next purchase in envato?

I Made a purchase value of 99$ using my credit card. Do I can still request the refund as a account credits to my Envato account instead to my credit card?

yes, you can and for this, you have to request Envato customer support.

and May I know how long usually takes to get any response from Envato support?

Because I have requested this by Feb 22nd to Envato support team but till now I did not get response from them.

As you mentioned 6 days gone! So, You should get a reply from them but may be this time they are very busy with the open ticket volume. Please keep patience.
