if your refund approved by the item author then your refund process will be processed within 5-7 business days or earlier. envato support refund process team will process the refund as quickly they can. Thanks

It’s over 7 days now still I haven’t gotten a refund. Is there a way I can contact evanto to hasten this or probably send a reminder?

Same here, been over 7 days and I need to get a new product with that money, didn’t expect their service to be this terrible, i’m surprised!!!
