I got approve for refund but money not credited to my account, may i know that it was refund back to my original payment method of credit card or else it will be credited to my ENVATO account, please help me to get refund from envato their not even responding to my tickets

From your screenshot I can see Envato already credited the refund to your payment method. It will take some days to complete the balance transfer to your bank account.
Envato support reply can be delay for the Weekend. Please keep patience.
