I got refund from one of the theme authors and I want money to be transferred to my credit card as it was the mode of payment, instead of stealing my money as Envato credits.
It is indeed a kind of stealing customer’s money and I condemn it in hard words. I never desired to have my money in Envato credits, hence, I request Envato to transfer my refund money to my account ASAP.

Hi, I have opened a request ticket yesterday, but still, I didn’t get any response. Even the person is also not replying who is tackling my refund.
I am from India and I don’t know from which portal I should convey them because they are not responding. 
No worries – sometimes due to high volume they can take a little longer than usual to reply to tickets, but they will get back to you ASAP.
