Reclassifying/deleting/relocating tracks

Hi gang,

My last two uploads have sadly been collecting dust for three months and its time to take action. Whats currently the best way to reclassify genre or have them moved to a non exclusive account? Is it just a case of opening a support ticket or should I send a message to a reviewer though the item/edit page?

Its the first time I’ve encountered this dilemma in almost 3 years. A sign of the times I guess :frowning:

Good post!, I would try to pack them and see if they sell as they return to be under the “exposure effect”.

Aha, yes that option hadn’t crossed my mind, I might give that a shot before removing them. So is a support ticket the way to go for moving tracks to non exclusive accounts or reclassifying? Cheers!
