Any help, my item price is $16, $4 is buyer fee, how i receive $4 from $12? :confounded:

After filling out the W8 form, you should receive $7.5 from non-US sales and $5.7 from US sales if you included your tax ID number, otherwise you will get $3.9 from US sales.
