Yes, you can use some other sound effects, just make sure that you have proper license for those before uploading.

I don’t know how to create sound effects with a license. Can you give me any advice?
If you create own sound effects by recording those, creating using real or virtual instruments in some DAW, then you created those and you own copyright, which means you don’t need a license, but if you use sound effects created by someone else either by buying or downloading some free sound effects, then you need to check what license you get with that sound effect and how you can use it further.
