One company bought a logo from me with a standard license and uses it in a serie of YouTube videos. Is it allowed or they need to purchase a new license for every video (even if this is the same product divided by episodes) ?

Up to 52 videos with one license isn’t a problem.

Also, if your audio logo plays over the same video bit in the same fashion each time, then this video logo could be interpreted as being the end product. In which case, only one license for all vids, regardless of the number of “episodes”.
