I seek and use a lot of video footage for my Christmas and Halloween shows. What I find on Elements is generally OLD stuff and a lot of it unusable unless you own this or that plugin for AE, etc. I feel like they may have thrown all that old stuff out there for this type of membership, while the good stuff must still be paid for individually. So far - disappointed.
