Hi, I am new to Envato Elements and I would like to share my experience so far. First of all the service itself it’s very great and is very competitive to the orders out there. There is a lot of things that should be reconsider to make a life easy for us customers. First of all the one thing that it’s really annoying it is a security check, almost every time you want to download something. How annoying is that. Second , we should be able to download a few items at the same time under one licence for the same project for example. And finally the most important thing do be the best service is the availability to download a bulk items. How many of you creating a video for YouTube or any other platforms and struggle to download 50 or 100 items where every single item you download need to be confirm. It is absolutely ridiculous.We should have an option where we can just mark few items and download them with a single press of the button. That’s just my personal opinion everyone have a different one.Thanks
