I accidentally purchased the Apple Motion version of a motion graphic. I need the After Effects. Is there a fix for this?

If you already downloaded the purchased item then most possibility author will not accept your refund request according to Envato Market Refund Rules.

But you can contcat the item author and discuss with them about it.
