Just purchased an action for Photoshop on Graphicriver (https://graphicriver.net/item/rapid-white-background-remover/24142593?_ga=2.32381117.2092600402.1578311362-2082122610.1570544185), actually it didn’t work as expected, I posted a message to the developer. His answer is that I have to follow the video tutorial, in which I discover that we need to download another action extension form their site in order to make it usable ! Of course you have to sign up, and wait for registration in order to download the missing piece ! I think this is absolutely scandalous not to inform in advance the potential customer of the product of such “2-step purchase” ! Do you guys at Envato tolerate this ? On top, my comments of the product page have been canceled by the developer to keep only the nice comments…
