I am desperately trying to renew the 6 month Support required on the Striking Multiplex Theme. I have tried to pay several times, but on each occasion I try to pay (I am using Mastercard) I get the following message. I can’t see that I am doing anything wrong, but I do need to renew the Support before I can download the latest update of the theme. Each time I try to pay I get the following message - “Payment unsuccessful - there was a problem processing your credit card. For security reasons we may need you to re-enter your Visa, MasterCard or AMEX details before trying again, or you may need to try an alternative payment method.” I have paid for support before, but I can’t get it to work this time. Can someone help?

If you purchased the theme from envato market (themeforest) then download the theme is free for lifetime.
Please open an Envato Customer support Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.
