I’ve using jannah theme for 4 years.
I renew support for every 6months. It did work well before.
but this time, support renewing doesn’t work.
I paid 5 days ago, support statement didn’t changed.
today, I tried once again. it doesn’t work.
I paid total 2 times.
I want my support got renewed.
and refund one.
