I’m using the Jannah theme for almost a year now and never had any issue! but recently from 2-3 weeks my theme getting de-validated 5-6 times in a day, I can’t reach out to support because it asking for me to pay to reach support. And don’t know why it’s happening? I have never been disappointed with ThemeForest before this, it is annoying getting to verify theme 5-6 times a day and uploading backup again for theme settings then doing other manual changes…
