Contact support is probably better way to solve the problem than just write a message on forum board… But I can understand your feelings though.
Agreed and I already asked those customers to do so (isn’t my problem but related to specific users).
However 3 cases in 4 days is a bit too much and sounds so strange no one else faced it.
Could be an important bug if happens randomly, customers get angry really fast in these cases
Yes I can imagine. And yes it is strange that no others have that same issue. Something like browser settings / blocks / privacy isnt possible cause? I know that you would probably know, but sometimes easiest solutions are the right ones and if you are coder one cant know whatever you do with your browser Nothing better to help, but at least the topic stays on top for a while, maybe somebody could help more.
