Problem with access of support forum "7uptheme"

Hello,

Last week i have bought theme: “https://themeforest.net/item/skincare-cosmetics-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/23491587”

During of installation i had a problem for that reason i reach out the support, they were help me for one of the problems but for the others they are not still.

Actually the problem is that from yesterday the forum is not available, someone knows what this is due to ? The Support-Forum is : http://7uptheme.com/wordpress/forum/forums/forum/wordpress/
