Previously approved item got rejected

Hi there,

Around 30 minutes ago I submitted one of my previously approved item. That item got around 15 sales when it was available. I deleted that item for some reason. However, my today’s submission has been rejected. I’m not quite sure what’s wrong with this submission.

I’ve more than 10K sales on graphicriver profile and still now I’m getting hard reject from the reviewers which is very frustrating. Envato should take care of it.

You are not allowed to resubmit deleted items

Thanks for the clarification. I didn’t know that before. But this is a pity I think.

It would create confusion for buyers and less genuine authors would use it to try and manipulate greater visiblity or front page access

That’s fine. Maybe I wouldn’t delete those items if I knew this rule before :neutral_face:
