This goes wrong in the first step also. Under “appearance” there is no “header type” on my side. Also no “theme options”.

Try under ‘porto new’ - the theme options have to be there somewhere.
Can you screenshot what you see when you expand appearance and separately when you expand ‘porto new’

Hi again,
I have just some issues with the footer left, see screenshot. I already know that I have to use footer type 3 and set it to the correct layout. But where can I set the footer type? This so that the first footer column will become broader.
Also, in the bottom bar, I like to remove >FAQ’s >Sitemap >Contact. Where can i do this?

I have another problem: it seems my website is only visible when I am logged in into wordpress. Site visitors cannot see it and get an error message ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Hi again,
I am still struggling a lot with the template. Besides the issue with the footer from my previous mail, I also have trouble that “home” works properly, but I see the other pages only when I am logged in in WP. I presume there is a bypass mode active, but cannot find where. Please help (again).

It’s very difficult to advise without seeing the admin of the website - you are much better off talking to the author
After a long searching, I managed to find it.
But this is confusing to me, I thought that this is the way to contact the author?
