Thank you mgscoder. I am using the Porto dark theme. There is a Get in Touch! button in the footer, but it is html and, while I can edit the text inside the ribbon, I do not see how to delete the ribbon from the footer. Thanks for your help.
Are you using wordpress theme or what version of theme!
Have you tried to remove the full Ribbon Text, mean keep that field empty?

Yes, using WP version. The empty field worked! I did not expect that! Solved. I feel silly for not trying that. Thank you!
