PORTO theme Home page issue

Hi,

I have discovered a major bug in porto theme. When I try to remove any row or hide any row in the home page, it messes up with the slider. Slider just disappears from the home page.

I brought it to the PORTO support and they are not helpful.

Can anyone help me in this regard? How do I proceed with the customization?
