Hello, I paid for WPBakery and downloaded the zip to my computer. I uploaded to my upload plugin for installing new plugins on my WP site. I received the message- “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin installation failed.”
Any suggestions? Thank you!
Is it a theme you bought? Becuase you’ll want to upload to the Appearance > Theme area not the Plugin area.

I have purchased both Mega Addons and Unlimited Addons. I downloaded the compressed files from Envato site and uploaded to my site. It seems the paid version is not activating. Below is what I am seeing on the plugin section of my site.

Unlimited Addons for WPBakery Page Builder
Plugins will not be automatically activated, but rather will typically require you to enter a purchase code.
From your downloads page, you should be able to download “all files” for each plugin, which will include documentation. Within this documentation should be instructions on how to activate the plugin. You might also see something in the plugin settings.
