I bought a Codecanyon plugin for wordpress, but it doesn’t show at envato plugin on wordpress admin pannel, even though I receive emails warning about the updates. The plugin was instaled in september 2020 and I never was abble to update. A few days, i bought a new template, and it shows normally at envato plugin. What can I do?
Hi, you can always update manually. Go to your Downloads, download the installable .zip, unzip it and upload plugin folder via FTP under wp-content/plugins.
