here are a collection of reasons for the rejection and also of things to fix or improve …
1- typo
this is super flat , lacking originality, font variations and combinations
2- hierarchy
this is not good this far about this … u have a way too much prevailing illustration right now and very small names and tagline, proportion should be balanced much more than this …
3- presentation
i am not sure where this is coming from but your preview is very pixellated and does not look natural , the thing is that this is not helping to make you item impress people, this is the bottom line …
4- global style
for me the global style of the logo is pretty outdated and as i explain rather often here , even if do not necessarily have to follow current trends , being so very far the other way around about overall style is pretty much like u are shooting a bullet in your own foot …
5- color choices
sorry to say just this but i recommend you to choose the very best possible color combinations , most of the other previews in terms of colors that u have right now are just “not selling” what u have done , putting additional colors maybe a good thing unless this is hurting u …
