I plan to upload my item titled SmartScrap WhatsAi to CodeCanyon. But before uploading I want to ask for advice from the authors here who are more experienced. In order to minimize hard rejections.
A brief overview of the item. This item is a whatsapp sender that is combined with ai or auto reply chatbot. Not only that, the ai here can be trained with fine tunnel. Until it is qualified to be used in organizations or companies as customer service. also equipped with a data scrapping system from google maps as a marketing tool to get data and do promotions.
What a project, I think Envato’s reviewers will be obsessed with the layout problems, let alone understanding what is what. I couldn’t figure out what the project is for in general, it would be sad to see such hard work go to waste.
Note: If you ask me that who am I to make this comment, I’ve been around since 2006, I have tens of thousands of sales from my other account, but like many people, I haven’t done any new work other than updates for a while.
thank you for your honest comment. i really like your comment. i am not very good at design, so sometimes it makes it bad, because my expertise focuses on backend. but the problem in codecanyon is that we have to pay attention to many aspects. i will be grateful again if you are generous enough to tell me which layout i should improve

You should try, I got soft reject many times and hard reject a few times but I never gave up, until this year, now I only update because Envato’s reviewers don’t care about functionality and what it’s for, if you have a trendy but useless work it’s accepted, good luck!

I followed the POS trend on Envato in 2018, then the trend of meeting apps like Zoom in 2020, and lately, I’ve noticed trends in AI and WhatsApp API. That’s why I created this item. However, I’m not sure what’s trending these days.
Actually I am more interested in themes, I also provide the WordPress plugins I developed with my themes. All the themes we developed were functional (stores, hotel management, transportation, agencies, clinics, restaurants, etc.)
I have noticed for a while now that most of the businesses that sell are businesses with a lot of front-end toys, then Elementor and Gutenberg plugins (both sliders and other components), good luck.
