Paypal not accepting my card for payment

I want to make payment for Reobiz - Consulting Business WordPress Theme but since my old card expired paypal has been rejecting the new card I got from the bank, though I use it for other Mastercard supported purchases. Can you give me a link I can use to make this payment outside paypal.

In some countries specifically, Envato is taking precaution for the chargebacks. Your country may be one of them on the list if their banking system allows the dispute and chargeback without any investigation
