hello, my envato account is still blocked even though the paypal dispute has been resolved (in my favor). has anyone had any experience with this?

Ok, but like I said: dispute has already been resolved (in my favor) by paypal

Chargebacks are not allowed here. For refund you need contact an author and ask for refund.
If you really regret it, сontact support and ask if they can unlock you if you return money what you chargebacked.

You supposed to cancel the dispute and try to solve the problem with author/Envato. Sorry to say that but there’s nothing you can do after this point.

You should have contacted the author first. If they didn’t provide support (assuming it was promised), you could have requested a refund through your Envato account. If the author rejected your refund request, you had the option to escalate the dispute within Envato, where Envato support team would have reviewed your issue. Instead of following this process, you went directly to the payment provider to dispute the charge, which violates Envato’s terms. Even then, you had the opportunity to cancel the dispute and reach out to Envato. Now, it’s unlikely that Envato will unlock your account, but you can still try contacting them.

Hey, I opened a dispute via envato and waited weeks without an answer. So i thought my only chance is to get the money back via paypal

A dispute with a payment agent would be considered fraudulent. Envato has its own refund rules and policy. Customers should ask refund through Envato’s refund policy.

and second question: if I am blocked, i cannot manage plugin subscriptions anymore. So will they renew for the rest of my life when I dont have any access anymore?

but what if envato does not answer and reply? What other chances do customers have?

If you raise a dispute then envato team will investigate and will take steps as necessary. If you are not eligible to get a refund then dispute can go to author’s favor and in this case you may not get any reply. Can I Get A Refund is an explanation of the refund policy, requirements.
